Rev. 2/15/2005 Introduction:            Crater Bass is established to provide an association between anglers for the advancement of the sport of bass fishing, the enjoyment of competition between friends, and the appreciation of our natural and manmade environment. As a group, Crater Bass is dedicated to the good fellowship of our members, the sport of fishing, and the goodwill of our community. As a group, we encourage the sharing of fishing knowledge to every member. We acknowledge that this club is for enjoyment purposes only and the sharing of that enjoyment is the greatest contribution. Crater bass is dedicated to the improvement of our fisheries and we are involved in various fisheries and lake projects.  Membership Requirements: Membership in Crater Bass is open to persons of any age. Members under the age of eighteen (18) must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. All members are required to pay the annual membership fees. Membership fees are based per immediate family residing in the same household.             Example: One membership fee of forty ($40) dollars is all that's required for a family of four residing in the same household. All four family members are Crater Bass members.   Check out whats included!                Membership Benefits: Members in good standing of Crater Bass: Are eligible to fish in Crater Bass tournaments. Are eligible to receive any yearly awards and prizes for which they qualify. Are eligible for any privileges or discounts negotiated for our members. New members receive a Crater Bass hat!   (one per family. Other hats are available for $10) New members receive a Crater Bass towel!   (one per family. Other towels are available for $10) New members receive Crater Bass decals along with other decals! Receive a subscription to Bass Club Digest magazine! Receive monthly newsletters and standings! Eligible for trophies 1st-3rd for both boater and non-boater awarded at the lake! Will receive 100% payback on all tournaments! Membership Fees: The membership fee for Crater Bass is Forty ($40.00) dollars per year per family. The fee is due and payable upon application and is good for the period of January 1 through December 31. The membership expires on December 31 of each year, regardless of when the fee is paid. The fee is not prorated if paid after the beginning of the tournament year. No part of the membership fee is refundable if a member voluntarily leaves the club during the tournament season (January 1 - December 31). *See Bylaws for further rules and regulation.
